The forced girl boss moment that pissed me off even more than arya killing the night king was sansa killing ramsey and not reek and the way that they implied the torture he suffered was not as bad as sansa having sex with her husband. By the time arya killed the night king, i was already well checked out and didnt care anymore.

Martin wrote one of the greatest Mary Sue's of all time and hid it in front of our faces the entire time. Jon has to be the hero for the ending to work. Its Martins spin on terrible heroes in the fantasy genre that we know is the "chosen one" from the first page.

The books/show being a secret sci-fi could have been epic

These two guys obviously have some skills and intelligence to bring GoT to the screen in the first place, so I just don't understand how they could also be so stupid. It should be apparent that from season 5 onwards it was trash. After season 5 they should've done a course correction. If the writing was mediocre we could still accept, but the writing by season 8 was so bad it belonged in a B or C movie. Actually a B movie has better stories, its just the acting and production values are bad.

The way Arya killed the night king was the worst eye rolling scene in the whole show.

I think GOT Season 8 is just the worst season of a tv show I have ever seen aside from Arrow Season 4 and The Flash Seasons 5-9

Daenerys confirmed as a Mad Queen for killing slave owners in Essos who were crucifying children & castrated men. Daenerys confirmed as a Mad Queen for executing traitors like the Tallys amidst a bloody war. Daenerys was just a victim of Bad & Lazy writing aimed to enforce stereotypical sexist norms in our society who cant stand a Strong woman. Killing slave owners instead of torturing them for days/months like Cercei did to her victims was a spare to them. Executing traitors in that Universe like every other male so beloved character did like Ned Stark, Jon snow was ok until Dany executed the Tallys... the same Tallys who an episode earlier slaughtered and wiped out a whole kingdom allied to her and stole resources and food from the remaining people there letting them to starve. Gimme a break. 💀💀💀💀

All just goes to show, they were not competent to finish off GRR Martin;s epic fantasy. They saw it more as a medieval soap opera - a genre I suspect they are good at writing in, with all its plot twists and simplicity. They deserve all the burn they get for producing such a travesty - for goodness' sake, they evidently did not even remember, let alone understand, the story. Repairing this is probably why George Martin is so long in finishing his penultimate volume in the series - that and appears to have issues with attention and discipline.

If they had to justify Bran being king they'd probably say "Well ackchyually Bran said he can't be lord of anything. Lord and King are mutually exclusive." While forgetting that the title has Lord of the seven kingdoms in it.
